Frank J. Partynski, 86, of Wethersfield, died on February 25, 2013 peacefully in his sleep at home after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Barbara (Euriech) Partynski. He was born in Hartford, CT the son of the late Frank and Mary (Kycia) Partynski. Frank was a graduate of Hartford Public High School and Trinity College and was a veteran of the US Army, serving during the Korean War. He was employed as an Insurance Underwriter for 43 years until his retirement. Frank is survived by his son Richard Partynski and his wife Leslie of Wethersfield, a daughter Linda (Partynski) Astronowicz and her husband Joseph of Coventry and two beloved granddaughters Alicia and Michelle Partynski of Wethersfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday February 28, 2013 at 10:00 am in SS. Cyril and Methodius Church 63 Popieluszko Ct., Hartford, CT. Burial will follow in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield. There are no calling hours. Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Wethersfield has care of the arrangements.
